Our job was to pack boxes of supplies to get people through a couple of days while they wait for food stamps to be processed. We fill 8 pallets with 5,000 lbs. of goods during our brief stay. We can't fill a box with more than 5 of the same items, otherwise not enough variety. What do we see most? Green beans and corn.
